Dreaming of Dessert

Dear Readers,

How many of you like baked goods? Okay, I know that probably 99.9% of you are looking at me like “is that even a question”, but now let me ask, how many of you have ever dreamed of becoming a baker? Then tried and realized how exhausting and hard it is. I know I did at one point. I even worked in kitchens, and in a bakery for a short time, throughout high school, college, and in between jobs for extra money. However, it was always one of the hardest things for me. The long hours, lifting all the heavy dough, and trying to make everything look as perfect as it tasted! Talk about hard! I’ll stick to baking for myself and indulging in delights, thank you very much. But that’s exactly what our next Dragons and Dreams guest has done. Started her own bakery.

I am proud to introduce, Celestial Lights Cakery (CLC for short) a small business focused on making life a little sweeter for everyone!

Alice Moon, owner and operator specialized in various sweets and special order desserts. She wants to create affordable sweets that everyone in the world can afford because, “I believe no matter if you have all the money in the world or can only live off of pennies that everyone deserves to make their life a little sweeter every once in a while.”

Alice is an amazingly talented baker (I know I’ve eaten it) and a remarkable patisserie. Her desserts not only taste remarkable, but look absolutely lavish and can be made custom for her clients. This ranges from cute, child friendly desserts like the cupcakes above and character themed cakes, to X rated pieces for things such as bachelor and bachelorette parties.
